The best snacks should be chosen from the Power Foods. This stuff you mentioned is not truly healthy.
All the times I have failed WW in the past is because I have tried just eating things that are "truly healthy" and then feel guilty when I eat something that's a bit of a splurge, even if I'm still within my points. This time I allow myself to sometimes eat off the power foods and have those snacks like that and find myself more motivated. So I think I'll keep doing that.
Yep I'm with Tudor on this. I eat very healthy and if I find a great snack that is a "treat" for reasonable points I like to fit it in every now and then.
Power foods are great and necessary but so are the odd potato chip
I think you're on the right track. My doctor once told me if you know what you want to eat, eat a little of it rather than a lot of everything else trying to satisfy that craving. He was right then and I think he's still right.
