Getting back in tune

  • I've been a WW member for many years. I've lost in the past
    with not much of a probelm. I've rejoined numerous times and
    I have to say last year got down to my goal. However, since the
    holidays I have put on some weight and I'm really have a
    problem focusing, recording, working out, etc. I just can't get
    motivated. Anyone else in my mind frame?

    Join the challenge. I'm up about 7# since November and I am trying like the dickens to get it off and its not budging.

    I have no problem recording, working out and focusing, I am just having trouble keeping between 18-23 pts! I'm always up at least 2-3 pts a day.

    Try journalling with us and it should help. Maybe this weeks challenge should be journalling at least 3 days honestly and fully.

    I'm motivated to get back to where I was before the holidays hit before my birthday in a month! yikes.

    There is another thread titled "Journal - Monday, January 27, 2003. You'll see a new thread each day for each journal.
