I am actually going to make an effort to knock off the daily weighing. It is exciting at first to see the number go down at all! I think thats why I keep doing it LOL

I know if I had a working scale I would be on it all the time. I also know that it might be different than the WW scale and that would bum me out big time. So, I WI every week at WW and that's it! When I am close to maintenance, I might get a scale so I can keep better track.

I've been weighing daily on purpose for the last couple of weeks in order to make a chart.

I'm fascinated by the way weight loss works, and seeing the numbers fluctuate is both interesting to me on a mental level, and also calming on an emotional level. The scale is not a judge. It's just a tool.

Either way! Different strokes for different folks.

I had a pretty awesome on plan week. Pretty much spot on with my daily points, and been getting in some good activity. Rockin'.

Lovely, I really really like that idea! I may do that eventually.... because I'm definitely curious as to how and when things fluctuates! I'd love a chart and graph to go along with it *laughs*

MumOf2D- I do weigh myself daily, mostly out of curiosity but I don't let the numbers bother me (ha!) unless it's on an official weigh-in day. So if you can do that without letting it "control" you then do it!

lol Most people have given me their current weight and the weight they'd like to achieve by labor day (roughly 2 months), then they've added a personal goal, like tracking food every day.
I need the numbers so i can add it to the spreadsheet.

with everyone combined so far, we're achieving to lose 227lbs.
