tomorrow is a new day and week.
I took a week off from exercising, and i lost 2lbs.. MWAHAHA (i'd gained it and i forgot what i ate that made me), but i was hoping if i took an exercise break, i'd stop being tried (instead of working out, i'd take a nap if i saw it fit (lol)). Alas no. So i begin again tomorrow. But i vow to myself to drink more.
i shared this with kimberly, and i'll share it with you all now also - a fact i read in a book i bought today.
