Hi Everyone!

I am in Chicago for the holiday weekend and so far I've done nothing but overeat. Friday my leader actually gave me permission to go completely off track until my family and I return home Tuesday evening. At first I really thought I could control myself and even ate a healthy breakfast this morning followed by a 5 mile run. Then we decided to go to Gino's East where I ate not one or two but three slices of deep dish pizza and they were BIG! I'm so close to goal and have been struggling the past couple months, I've been slacking and not as strict as I usually am with tracking. I think the reason I haven't gained is due to the intense workouts I do everyday.

I really hope I can get right back on track by Wednesday...

One thing I noticed a couple weeks ago is having that less than idea week is kind of a kick-start to get back on track again. It also seems like it shocks your body into getting moving again. I had a week like that a couple weeks ago and before that things were kind of stalling but after that week, they got moving again. Not sure if everyone's experience will be the same but it's a possibility. Enjoy your weekend here in Chicago and let it go once it's gone. It's not a bad thing to treat yourself once in a while!
