Hi Everyone!
I am in Chicago for the holiday weekend and so far I've done nothing but overeat. Friday my leader actually gave me permission to go completely off track until my family and I return home Tuesday evening. At first I really thought I could control myself and even ate a healthy breakfast this morning followed by a 5 mile run. Then we decided to go to Gino's East where I ate not one or two but three slices of deep dish pizza and they were BIG! I'm so close to goal and have been struggling the past couple months, I've been slacking and not as strict as I usually am with tracking. I think the reason I haven't gained is due to the intense workouts I do everyday.
I really hope I can get right back on track by Wednesday...
