depends on what was on the salad. Its a crazy thing but most salads at resturants have TONS of pts/calories......
If it had bacon, or croutons, or lots of sugar in the dressing?? Did you let them put the dressing on, or was it on the side?? That may make a huge difference.
I always get it on the side, dip my fork then take a bite of salad, you get just enough for the taste, with out the salad swimming in dressing.
