Today was a great birthday for me. I was eating out twice (once at work and once with family) but I really didn't want to blow it for my points. Lunch was at an Italian place and I was tempted by pasta but went for the rainbow trout with pico di gallo, eating only green beans and a little salad with it (total 14 points).
Dinner I decided to go to Red Lobster (seafood is low points) ordered grilled garlic shrimp and snow crab legs with rice pilaf and two biscuits (17 points) so 31 points for the day!
Had my son take a new picture of me when I got home (I've been avoiding pics for years).
