Wanted to go to step class yesterday but the class was full. So I did intervals on the climber for 30 minutes and then went to body flow (which is a tai chi/pilates/yoga combination). I seriously love that class. It is low impact but still challenging and I was surprised to see I burned almost 400 calories doing it.
This morning was spin express, so only 45 minutes. But it was VERY hard today. Zumba tonight!
