Default Out of the 300s!!
When I (re)-joined WW five or six weeks ago, I was at 311 lbs. It was my highest weight ever. This week I only lost 1/2 a pound, but it was enough to get me down to 299! I still have a very, very long way to go, but I'm definitely making progress and so happy to be out of the 300s.

That's wonderful! My current goal is to get below 350 and then cannot wait to finally get below 300! I have never felt like I really belonged to the land of the living as long as I weigh over 300, its just such an awful number to me...when I do get below it I vow NEVER to return to the 300s!!!!!
