I started and lost some BEFORE I "officially" weighed in. I was around 317. I'm now down to 292. I would like to be at 275 by 5/1 and I'm hoping that I get close to that although it's just a number.
My goal is to get to a healthy weight and I'm still getting used to the new pplus plan.
I'm only eating 31 pts because my doc wants me to stay in the 1300-1600 range.
