I hear you, I've been every size between 4 and 14 and it's never easy to find good quality stuff that looks good and is affordable. BUT, it's a lot more fun looking when you're happy with how you look. Glad to hear you are getting that dress.

I felt the same way, when I first began Weight Watchers I NEVER thought I'd get this far and being thin never even crossed my mind. I'm still trying to get used to this new body! It's nice being able to shop and buy cute outfits

You can definately do this and you WILL!!

I just started toning but I have to give credit to the 90 minute spin class I do for toning my arms a little. When I'm up off the bike my arms are doing most of the work and it seriously burns like crazy but it's well worth it in the end. My arms still need a LOT of work but they're getting there!

I really was ready to throw in the towel, I've been tired and overwhelmed lately with life and wanted a break from everything. Really glad I decided to keep pushing on and my weigh in Wednesday renewed my faith once again!
