I've been doing this for about a week and I've lost 3 lbs.!!!

I'm a vegetarian, and I really wasn't sure how this was going to work out for me, but it is fantastic! It's really encouraging me to get tons of fruits and veggies in as well as a LOT of water. I tend to lean towards too much cheese/bread, and entering my food online really keeps me aware of what I should be eating instead and to keep on track throughout the day. When I first tried WW (two years ago and I was a carnivore) I only had 18 pts. and I thought I was going to die...everyday was a struggle. This time around I don't even feel like I'm on a diet...I just feel like I'm making good choices about whats going in my body. I feel amazing!
