OMYGOD where did the last month go?

We've got a Pre Thanksgiving week and a half for burning, churning and spurning those extra calories.
What can you do differently just this week?
I liked the idea put out there by a number of you to
increase the exercise -- so I'm going to commit to pumping it up. I'm going to see if I can exercise every day this week at least 1/2 hr high intensity per day.
I also need to not beat myself up for "losing it" this past weekend and eating drinking as if there were no consequences. It was our 4th Anniversary and I celebrated big time.
WEEKEND BRAIN FREEZES are a major pattern for me.
So what would you like to work on JUST THIS WEEK?
