I know how frustrating that can be! For the past 2 and a half months I have had 'TOM' about every 2 weeks. My body is all out of wack...but besides losing weight these past few months I also recently gave birth to my 6th (4 months ago) and am nursing. I have never had it happen like this before though...and it is hard.

actually i am one of those that retains water weight in the couple days leading up and it goes away when my period starts. it was about 2lbs, but i knew my period was coming-i chart my cycles, because i don't want to use birth control.
