Journal Sat. Sept. 14

  • Active day even though I missed my spin class (I came a few minutes late and all the bikes were taken). Went to the farm, unpacked a whole lot of boxes and took a wonderful walk on the property at my new house. It is in a rental community built on a old 900 acre golf course. There are also many trails in the woods here. It was wonderful.

    I"m skipping the gym today since all I've been doing is running around hauling stuff in and out of my house.

    I'm about to run one more errand, take a shower and then take when it cools off, go to work (nature preserve) and take mr. dog for his evening consitutional.
