New to 3FC

  • Hi!

    I'm new to 3FC but I feel like I've been dieting or at least stressing about my weight forever! I know that I eat better on WW and I have lost 15 pounds since January following the program. However, I am crazy busy and that is not going to change any time soon. I don't have time to do alot of cooking and planning and shopping.

    SO...

    Any advice on how to make this diet as convenient and easy as possible?



    I am loving reading the postings on the website! You guys are the smartest and most down to earth dieters around!
