Hi, I'm new here and not sure how this one works. I've been to WW before and I'm going to start following the points plan on my own. I know I should go back, but I can't afford it right now. I've been overweight practically all my life. Now, I'm starting at 236, I'm 5'4", and I got down to 138 once with WW. My goal is 135.
I'd love advice from anyone.
