NotFatImFluffy, I don't actually own a scale either! Though the meetings track that for me, I just didn't want to waste the storage space.
Why don't you add a little weight lifting to mix things up. Start small with water bottles if you don't want to get actual weights. If water is too light, fill them with sand. There should be quite a few exercise videos available here on the 'net. I'd hunt for you, but at the moment I'm at work - they block youtube and most things here at work...
Yoga is awesome! I so want to try it... Though I'd need a class to commit to it and I am still rather shy about group activities...
