Yeah I hear that stuff ALOT! I think the courage to do it is the day you start but the determination is what takes you through the long haul. KWIM? I went out to eat last night and I cheated but no where near as bad as when I wasn't paying attention. My sister and mother are really supportive about it and kept telling me to stick to it. I have gone out and people have said "oh stop worrying about it" just enjoy yourself. Well I will be having a blast buying new clothes that fit and that is worth much more than a piece of bread smothered in oil LOL.

Lots of people are just plain jealous when you decide to do something to make yourself better. . . shows their weaknesses, as far as I am concerned!!

I've been pretty lucky that I've had very few negative people try to sabotage me, but the few that have made comments like that just encourage me to look at myself in the mirror (fabulous, now! LOL), check the scale (48lbs less and a few more to go), and run in the park with my son (something I couldn't do comfortably before.) Then, frankly, what they think doesn't concern me. . . I'm not losing weight for them, anyway!!

Hang in there everyone!! We're all in this boat together!

Thanks, Stephanie!!

My new grand total is 51.4lbs, but I fell off the wagon on my holiday trip, and ate like the horse pulling the wagon instead!! LOL

Weigh in tonight. . . ain't gonna be pretty. *sigh* oh well, back on the program today!!

Trina don't stress too much about it it will be one weigh in after you do it it is over. We are all allowed to cut ourselves some slack. It was my anniversary the other day and we went out to eat I had a double decker brownig cake with that chocalate (i think marzipan) top. OMG the cake slice alone had to be 2000 points but for my anniversary it is ok to go off now and then. So just grab hold of that wagon and steer it back on track and next week you will be closer to goal

Hi, Stephanie!

Oh, I'm not stressing over it!! LOL In fact, I heartily believe that we've still gotta live and have fun. I'm very forgiving of myself and I think that is one of the keys. I've never sabotaged myself and felt regret. . . I just look at it as a little "blip" in my program! LOL I certainly am not the kind of person that can follow a "diet" to the letter, and since WW isn't a diet, but a life change, I allow a lot of flexibility. I let myself go sometimes, but I don't let it devastate me.

Good job on your losses, by the way!!
