Default New to WW and forum

Hello All-

Just stopping in to say Hello. I joined WW online, last Thrusday. I am really enjoying it so far. I feel like I am learning a lot all ready, but am positive I will have a ton of questions. So expect to see lots of posts from me

Mondays are my weigh in days, and I lost 4 pounds! I am super excited going into my second week!

Congratulations on your weight loss! And welcome to the forum! I'm pretty new here myself. I am a Beach Watcher. I do South Beach eating style but track WW points to make sure I'm staying on track. I do WW online as well. WW online tools are excellent. Glad that they are working well for you too!

This is a great place and you can find just about anything you need to help you along your journey. Just jump in some place whenever you feel like it.

Hello everyone,

I am new to this site. I have been on WW for about 14 weeks and have lost 12 lbs. It does not seem like a lot but it progress. Hope to neet new friends.

Hi everyone! I'm not really new to Weight Watchers as I have done it before (with successes and failures) and after trying LA Weight Loss and calorie counting, exercising, just nothing is sticking or working that well so I dug out the old WW books and am starting back on Flex plan today! I really hope it works for me this time around...I'm a bit worried with all these diets and yo-yoing the past couple years that I have destroyed my metabolism and am incapable of losing weight or something! lol

I weight in every Sunday. It is the only day I can go. I did horrible last week and it showed on the scale. I gained 2.4 lbs. I need to track better on the weekends and I would have SO much better results. My goal is to make it thru the weekend tracking.
