I am a Weight Watcher member but I do not track online, I track manually. I will try to make this as simple as possible;
You are given your daily points allownece
You are given 35 points per week to do with what ever you want
You earn points for activities
Everyone handles there points differently, I use only my daily points on a daily basis, I save my 35 points for 1 special meal per week. I try to never use my activity points and to be honest with you when I eat the proper food I really do not need to and my daily points are enought and I have a bottomless pit I eat all day long, I just use a lot of the foods on the filling foods list and fiber one has become my best friend. If I was going to use my activity points I would only use them on a daily basis for the day of the activity other you wind up consuming more calories than you are burning.
