Unhappy Cant seem to lose it?

Im 5'0" exactly, short I KNOW!
I did WW last yr. and lost 15. my goal is 5 a month till May .which is my bday. TURNING 30! Its a big goal for me, because my whole 20s I spent overweight.
I need to lose 5 a month, to reach my goal of 25 lost total.
Im not losing it like I want, am I doing something wrong?

yesterday.
I ate:
wheat waffle and sugar free syrup
with coffee, 1 splenda

tomato soup, canned (progresso) with 1 pkg of melba toast.
water

went to eat out, had veggie plate (while my hubby at CHEESY PIZZA- oh well) and 1 roll. veggie plate was corn, mashed pot. asparagus, and green beans.
tea with lemon, 1 splenda

this is how I usually eat, but I dont eat out thru the week. I save my 35 FP for the weekend. I started Jan 1st. and have not stopped. My scale said I lost 2 pounds. am I on track???

2lb isn't a bad weight loss for the 2 - 3 weeks since you started. perhaps more veg and fruit is needed.

Personally I see a lot of carbs and I don't know if you aren't eating protein on purpose?

I would definitely add more fruits and veggies throughout the day- even if it's just throw in a snack of an apple or some celery and carrots or something.

I wouldn't eat mashed potaotes either- when you eat out I am sure they LOAD that stuff with butter to make it taste really good.

I miss potatoes lol.

i agree with the others - more fruits/veggies and lean protein (unless you're a vegetarian) and working out.

btw we have the same goal. i want to lose 25lbs by May for my 30th birthday.
