Default I have a question about points...

I see that 1/2 cup of OJ is 1 point, so is that considered one serving of the fruit and vegetables requirement? I'm not sure if this small amount would be one serving. Anyone know?

Yes, that would be considered a fruit for the day, however, you are better off eating an orange for the same number of points because the orange will keep you full longer.

Good Luck!

According to the government, 1/2 c orange juice is one serving of fruit.

Just because 1/2c of juice is one point doesn't necessarily mean it's one serving of fruit, though! Think of strawberries, which are 0 points for a cup, but the food pyramid puts it at 1/2 cup for a serving size.
