At this time I am doing Flex, but I'm thinking once I have less points to use (by losing weight) I might to switch over to Core. I've also heard of folks when they are on Flex switching to Core if they hit a plateau to shake things up. If you normally eat out quite a bit, I'd suggest doing Flex as it's a bit more flexible when you eat out.

Flex. I love it! It has changed my life and the way I eat. I have always been a healthy eater and flex really just helps me keep the stuff I eat within the right portion sizes. I love it because I have tried two other diets before, and they were so hard to stay on track -- very restrictive. With WW Flex, I honestly don't feel like I am missing out on anything. That's why I love it.
it probably depends on your needs. since i have poor (eating) behavior 99.9 percent of the time, i dont trust myself on core. i use flex because it gives me a very structured eating plan. kinda spells it out for me i guess. i havent tried core, maybe someday i might try core, but i have to say i do love flex, and i'm sooooooo glad i found ww.
i'm doing flex but mostly using core foods.... basically core foods are what i was used to eating on South Beach Diet but flex gives me the limitations of portion control while eating great foods...
I'm doing flex because, as said, it allows you to eat a variety of things within your points. I have failed at so many diets over the years and the flex program just doesn't seem like a diet to me. Good Luck!
flex! part of beign on core is eating until you are satisfied, well if i did that i wouldnt need to be on WW LOL~ if though core foods are heathier you can still over eat. flex keeps me more accountable
