Default 5 days off the wagon

It all started when I allowed myself a burger and fries at a local restaurant, and for the past five days I have not been OP at all. Today is a new day and I am starting over. I have not gained thank goodness.
The hard part has been that we have been so busy latlely with the kiddos that we have been eating out way too much.
This is so hard. I am actually getting nervous about being right back where I started.

It's so easy to spiral into eating less than ideally, especially when you eat out a lot. I'm pretty sure a lot of my recent gain was due to eating out of the home too much.
In order to have quick meals without going out I started using my crock pot more (it also kept the kitchen cool in the summer.) The recipes can be very healthy if you tweak them a tad.
The best thing to do is just get right back on program and remember that the past is the past and you're going forward from today.
