This may be a goofy question, but I'm really confused with how to figure out points w/exercise.

I do Richard Simmons and he usually has 15 min warming up, 30 min aerobics and 15 min cool down (scrunches & arm toning). So, do I just figure out the 30 minutes of aerobics as high and leave it at that? Or do I add in the 1/2 hour warm up/cool down as light?
