Exercise Points for WW - Confused!
This may be a goofy question, but I'm really confused with how to figure out points w/exercise. :dizzy: I do Richard Simmons and he usually has 15 min warming up, 30 min aerobics and 15 min cool down (scrunches & arm toning). So, do I just figure out the 30 minutes of aerobics as high and leave it at that? Or do I add in the 1/2 hour warm up/cool down as light?

The 15 min. warm up are probably low. I'd count it as 30 minutes of low, and either 30 minutes of moderate, or high depending on how you feel while doing it.

i'd do it the same as Faerie. you just have to figure out if you're at moderate or high intensity during the workout, but you can definitely count the warm up and cool down as low.
