Hello, I have finally decided to get with the program and lose this excess baggage I have been carrying around for a few years. I've come to this site a few times, but haven't had the right mind set to finally say enough is enough! I must lose this weight! It depresses me so. I cannot even stand to look in the mirror. I started to excercise today (not a whole lot, but I am going to try and do 40 minutes to begin with. I reduced my calorie intake significantly and only consumed 1151 calories. It's a start and hopefully I will stay on the "wagon" this time.

Well, I forgot to state my goal for Thanksgiving! I am going to try to lose 12 pounds.

I'd like to be at 220 which would be 23 pounds.... it'll be a lot of work but I think I can get there by thanksgiving

I'm in. It's 5 weeks till Thanksgiving, isn't it?

My goal is to lose 10 pounds. That's going to be a challenge as well as a goal cuz I'm old and the weight doesn't come off as easily for me as it used to do.

I'll go make a tracker now.

I decided to just keep using the tracker I already have in my signature. MY goal is to be at 10 lbs lost and 10 lbs to go on it.

I really need to get on the ball and do this. My goal is to break the 170's so that would be about 10 lbs (my ticker isn't updated)

I'm doing pretty well, I've lost some more weight so I'm only 17 lbs away from goal.
