Is what just made me go to a meeting. I figured hey I cant get back on track, why not go for this. I was a little reliefed at my starting weight. I thought Id be up over 200 by now, but im at 195.6. Still is bad, but could be worst. Im starting at 26 points a day. Seems a little high but I trust that WW knows whats going on. I have a question about the weekly allowances. Do you tend to split them up? Eat them all only eat some of them. Eat them in one night? Or just leave them there??

It's different for me every week. If I know I'll be eating out, I save some. If I don't have any plans, I spread some of them out. Not all though because if for some reason last minute plans come up, I want them there. If by the 5th day, I haven't eaten many of them, I try to start eating them then. I have gained by NOT eating the flex points before. So, I eat every single one.

What works for you may be different though...you'll quickly learn whats best for you.

Good luck!
