Hi Lynn. I'm still here. That is scary that you couldn't find the thread. That means we have been away from it too long and it got piled in with old ones. Yikes! Well, I am winding down my fall break from school(kids) and work(me). I have had a great time to say the least. Missed two meetings and gained 4 pounds. I will get back to my normal meeting tomorrow. However, today begins my tracking points again.
On a good note: we purchased a horse yesterday. We got it for our daughter who has had an obsession with horses since she was about 3. My sister will board her. We just have to send money for feed every month. Not too bad. DD already rode her in a barrel race yesterday. I'm not ready to cut her free, so my older sister lead her. It is pretty exciting. Didn't there used to be a ww general forum and we were in there? Having a crappy couple days,the good news is I haven't used it as an excuse to eat everything.I have been getting in my workouts so that is a plus too.I am sure I will get out of my rut and go back to losing.I want that so much.

Well, I still have not been back to a meeting since before Mexico. It's been a month I think. Tomorrow is the day. Back to my Tuesday afternoon meetings. Got to get this thing going again. My eating has even been bothering my husband. I have not gained much. Just the three pounds I lost a month ago. However, I am feeling very full bodied and fluffy. Lack of exercise is contributing to that. Went to the gym today. My trainer wants me to burn 500 calories 3 days a week. I should be able to do that. Here's how it's starting out......... breakfast oatmeal 2pts black coffee 0pts gym-burned 257 calories. Will check in later. --Amy |

Got in my 60 minutes of spinning 20 yoga 20 min walk. Breakfast fiber one milk banana nuts 4points ---------------------------- lunch turkey sandwich 4 ---------------------------- dinner steak 3 couscous 3 cauliflower 1 pepsi 3 10 points ------------ 18 total will throw in some fruit to bring up the number |
Lynn, how are you doing? I am doing awful!!! I have gained a total of 5 pounds since I went to Mexico. Can't get going. I am up to 173.9!!! I don't know what's happening and feel like I've lost control!

I know how you feel.I have been failing for close to a year now.We plan to bee all OP one day and can't get through said day without eating something bad.There has to be a secret formula to get us back on track.I realize that my time is almost up to lose my injured weight.I wanted to be rid of it before I went home for a visit.Well I will be going before Christmas and I need 10 pounds off!I am on day 2 of OP,fingers crossed. Just keep trying as long as you don't give up then there is hope. |
Good morning~ I hope you are doing well. I guess you could say this is it for me. I committed to the first of November to get back on track. I've had two wake up calls. 1-I tried to wear a pair of shorts yesterday and couldn't. They were too tight. 2-I finally got the strength up again this morning to step on the scale. It has me at 174. This is an all new high for the last year I think.
So, I now have 20 pounds to get off before my surgical procedure on January 2nd. I must lose at least 15 of the 20, or the outcome may not be a good one. I woke up extra early today to make sure I could get in some breakfast. This has been a problem for me since I've started working. breakfast 1 poached egg 2pts 2 toast (light bread) 1pt I hope to be checking back in here often. |

rode my bike 14 miles. Forgot my heart rate monitor, so I don't know how many calories. snack triscuits 3pts lunch vegetable soup 1pt bread 2pts 2 small cookies 4pts 13/25. I am doing veggie soup again for dinner with grilled cheese. |

L/F Cheese - 2 pts. Mustard - 0 (lettuce, tomato, onion) 1 c. Progresso Soup - 0 4 S: 100 calorie pack - 2 pts. 1 can sugar-free redbull - 0 2 D: Applebee's Onion Au Gratin Soup - 3 pts. Applebee's Grilled Chili-Line Chicken Salad - 5 pts. 8 S: Applebee's Chocolate Raspberry Layer Cake - 4 pts. 1 c. Skim Milk - 2 pts 6 Total: 27/30 Idk, maybe I'll throw in another 100 calorie pack in somewhere but that is all I have for now. Let's hope I stay POP and can fit some exercise in somewhere =) |
Doing ok today.I did not work out today because I am too sore from the 3 hours I put in yesterday.I started with my personal trainer again.I can now travel out of the country again so I need to go to Canada before Christmas for a few days.I wasted a lot of time not eating right and now my time to lose it is almost up:(My own fault.Maybe I can put the trip off long enough to drop 10 pounds,probably not.
Eating is great today...so far.If I don't screw it up as I do almost everyday. |
