Doin good so far today as I sit here munching on a few carrots. I just made my grocery list for next weeks meals. I'll either go tonight or tommorow. I hate grocery shopping on the weekends. I've planed all kinds of yummy low points meals for next week.

Good plan to stock up the fridge at work allison! I used to do that when I worked in an office. It's much harder to do that at a restaurant. The kitchen manager kinda frowns upon us using up his cooler space for personal food. Boo!!! I'm gonna see if we have a whole wheat wrap that I just didn't know about. It was the actual tortia wrap that was the main culprit in yesterdays lunch. If not, I'm just eating salads 3 days a week.

Hey guys,
I go to work for a few hours and you guys have been busy talking about all sorts of stuff.
Good job on the fridge stock up. I seem to be forever buying veggies for the fridge at home.
Last night I didnt even end up eating pizza. All I kept thinking was being thin would feel a whole lot better than that piece of pizza would taste.
I was doing awsome with my mood about dieting until I ran into a Mom from my kids school who has been struggling with ww for years and she looked amazing. So I cornered her to get the skinny (lol) and she did Dr Bernstiens diet on her own. She lost about 30lbs in a very short time. So I am happy for her but feeling a little depressed for myself.

Beach Babe - that must have been an amazing tortilla wrap! Maybe you could take just 1 of those wraps and slice it into strips then add to a salad occaisionally? Then you would get the taste but not all the points. Good job on planning ahead! I think that makes a huge difference.

Andrea - How are you doing today? I am still feeling the "groove", lol.

B Alli - WTG! Thin does feel better than a piece of pizza that's for sure. Good willpower! I would keep in touch with the friend and see if she is able to maintain the 30# loss without a group of supportive, encouraging friends like us, lol. Don't feel depressed - use her loss to motivate your own. If she can do it then so can you. With a little help from my friends...la la la. I won't keep singing but you get the point, lol.

Ok, where'd everyone go?

How are you all doing? Staying within your points? Special plans for the weekend?

I will be gone all next week to Sacramento to help my friend at her business but I will be taking the laptop with me so you can "run but you can't hide", lol. I will be able to read and post.

I"m not a re-starter either but I've been doing this so long I feel like a lifer. I have about 5 lbs until I"m at goal again and let me tell ya I'm having a hard time. I did core for a while switch back to flex - now I think I"m trying core again Since I only get like 18 points as a target on flex I"m starving. Any ideas or suggestions. I could you the boost of some extra support.
