Choc chip cookie dough- yup, I've started the holiday baking....8/26

Exercise:
Treadmill for 2 miles

Evening (est 15)
chicken - 7, veggies, pasta - 6, skinny cow - 2

Total - 23

Exercise - track workout 5 activity points
Water - yes
