Yes, the insomnia bug has hit again - go to the doc on Tues for a check up - will have to ask her about this chronic problem.

3.25 mile walk outside - windy but gorgeous out

Good morning KT. I slept well, but that was prob because I sent DH to his cousin's house last night to hoot and holler at midnight about the Yankees.

creamed spinach 1.5

snack:
swiss chz 2
hc ice cream 3

total: 23.5 feel much more in control this week.
exercise: walk/jog -2

good luck with the insomnia kt! laurel = hee hee. Did the yankees win?

actually got what was close to 4.5 hours of sleep on the plane. Watched town and country (v. funny) and part of fletch. Passed up lots of alcohol and drank lots of water. Passed on treats too.

breakfast:
potato timbale (or that is what the airline claimed it was) 3`/3

bread and cheese 2/17
dinner:
salmon and spinach lasagne 8/25
a small cream puff filled with something and covered in choc mousse, i am afraid this trip may be my undoing

bottom of the ninth, Broscious slammed in a 2 run homer to tie up the Yankees two to two. then bottom of the 12th Soriano made the winning homer. (in short, the Yankees won). (I have to say I'm impressing myself with the baseball terminology - it's not like I'm not hearing it 24 hours a day...). Glenn is bringing his walkman radio to the opera on Sat night!!!

They are actually seitan or wheat gluten (wheat meat), yes, in a bbq sauce. I found them yesterday at a health food store. Never saw them before. They were really yummy. I have to have them again.
