Default Hi all...just introducing myself

Hi all out there.

I'm new to the forum and am on day 2 of my BFL challenge. I am 21 yrs old and for the past few years i have been training on and off going from kinda hardcore to running every few days (i cant just do nothing for a week).

I have tried to do BFL in the past but i never finished. I actually delayed starting this challenge to fully psyc myself up and i am very eager to get on with it!

I am going to follow BFL to the letter but tone down my free-days as like others on here i find that the extra sugar/fat etc just mucks me up for the week.

Anyway i feel that i know what to do to be in the best shape i can be (used to work in a gym, subscribe to fitness mag's and have read countless info etc etc) now is just the time to actually use it and see the whole process through!!

WOOHOO lets go!!

(sorry for my rant)

Hi Bellakat! Glad to see you When are you starting your chellenge? Are you doing the original BFL or BFL for women? A lot of us hee are BFL veterans-- this originally started as a BFL forum, and there are a few doing it now.

Welcome to 3FC!

i started on monday and today is wed so on my 3rd day!!!!

i am doing the original body for life. I also have body for life for women and i know it has been a hot topic on here since it was released but i didnt really like it. There was more room for changing things around (and for me that means ill slack off) and i didnt feel it was as intense. So BFL for women i felt just wasnt for me

thanks for the welcome and i look forward to putting my 2 cents in for all the issues that you guys discuss!!!!
