Question Losing wt but not gaining strength

Hello everyone,
I started a new diet plan about a month ago and so far I've lost 16 lbs. I have to lose 57 lbs more. I've been going to the gym for about a year but my diet was bad until a month ago so I didn't see any progress. Now I see progress in the weight but I can't increase my weights at all. I'm worried I'm losing muscle but my nutritionist promises me I'm not. I eat protein at every meal except snacks which I have 2-3 a day and 3 meals (with protein). Just wondering if it's just normal and I'm being too impatient.

Thanks
Robin

What does your workout program involve? How many repititions are you doing and are you lifting til failure? Also, how do you go about adding more weight?
