Default bfl help please

ok, so i found my missing part to my weight bench and it is set up and ready to go. unfortunately, i am still missing my book. i moved last month and haven't found that box yet. would someone please help me out and correct me if i am wrong here, it's been about 6 years since i did bfl. i have a no frills bench, with a decent assortment of weight plates and hand held weights to go with.
i remember alternating u/l body with cardio. i remember that the reps were 12
with lightest wt, 10,8,6,12 (yes?). forget how many exercises there were though for each body part. since i have no access to anything else,(machines etc.) i remember doing squats, lunges, front and back leg lifts on my bench, and calf exercises that involved standing on the edge of a weight (gosh so technical here, what WAS that called lol) and then abs went with lower body day.
did i leave anything out? also, what order should i do them in?
as for upper body, hmm, i remember bicep curls, rows, kickbacks, seated and standing presses, (crumb, i've forgotten what everything is called) i remember doing one where i lifted up from my bench, tricep extensions standing and lying....hmmmm that's all. can someone fill in the blanks for me please??????
would love to get back at it on monday.....
hugs

You can look on their website, bodyforlife dot com and on the right side click on the weight training link. I skimmed it and I think you're right, but take a look.

PAT is right, check out the web site, everything is listed there as well as worksheets. Or check out the library, you can really find some great info there and be able to consult for form and function.
