Default Does anyone know?

anything about temporary weight gain after weight lifting due to water retaining in muscles during repair? I was told if you are sore the day after weight training and notice weight gain on the scales it could be due to this. Has anyone else heard of this?

I generally go up about a pound and a half the day after Leg Day.
