I'm just coming to the end of week 4 on BFL and i've been doing the 20 min cardio.I've lost 5lbs,which is probably a couple of pounds less than i have been losing per month (before BFL) but i think that's down to gaining muscle.
I've lost 1-1.5 inches each from thighs,arms,hips,bust (0 waist
)
I think a lot depends on how much extra weight your carrying and of course number of calories you want to eat. I average around (1500) .
I have to say I feel FANTASTIC
probably better and stronger than i've felt in a long time.
The advice i got from LWL was don't over analyse it just try it.
