Splendar VS Table Sugar

    I am confused regarding Splendar...Does Splendar increase your insulin level the same as table sugar?? I have gotten mixed message regarding this...

    No...splenda is a sugar substitute. It is recommended for diabetics as it doesn't raise insulin levels.
