Default Quick elbow question....

You think I would know this....my elbows have started to ache in the joint area....I notce it after doing db curls over 20#....I also have been doing kickboxing with a lot of bag work....so I'm trying to figure out if the pain is from punching the bag..with the impact.....or tendonitis or arthritis......I'm a personal trainer so you think I would have a clue lol can someone help me

Kind of depends where in the elbow area...Mine hurt at the lower tricep attatchment, and all along the ulnar suface. In my case, it's tendonitis and very tight flexors. If it hurt IN the joint, I'd go see a doc. Have you tried icing and stretching after you lift or do a boxing session?

I tried heat and that works right away...it is right in the joint...last night it was a sharp throbbing pain...but I went to kickboxing and no problems......
