Haven't posted for awhile but I know you people are the best for asking questions

I am the type of person who gets bored very easily with exercise so I purchased the Slim in 6 program by Debbie Spiers. I am on week 3 and have missed a few workouts this week because quite frankly I am getting so tired of popping in the same workout every day plus it is quite difficult. Now, I know in order to get results I need to put some effort into it I get that but I just don't know if this is the program for me. You workout out 6 days a week, using no weights just resistance bands and the idea behind the workout is working with no weights every day with prevent bulk up and just tone. Now, I know women can't bulk up lifting heavy weights but I am feeling exhausted with this program. Anyone familiar with this or have completed the program? I think my thighs are slimming down but quite frankly I can't imagine doing this workout for another month!!! I just want something that I can see results quickly. With traditional weight training I don't see quick results which in turn led me to this program. HELP!!!
