Book?

  • Hi everyone like to aks if anyone has the new Eating for life book and what do you think of it? I was thinking of getting it. Thank you

  • Tanya,
I like it - have tried many of the dinner recipes, and they've all been great. I'd definitely recommend it. You can get it at Sam's Club or Costco for right around $20.

  • Thank you. I see if I can get it around here.

  • Is Eating For Life in ADDITION to BFL, or an updated version of BFL?
  • In addition - it's basically recipes to support doing a BFL Challenge, or the continued BFL lifestyle. Most recipes are low fat with equal portions of protein and carbs.

  • Ah, thanks!!
  • I bought the book this morning I already had body for life. I think the recipes in eating for life look wonderful and would please everyone in the family. I'm looking forward to the second version. Does anyone know when it is to be released?

Jennifer and I are planning to give this program a shot, and may start it within the next week.
  • I have the book as well and love it!

Second version of what? As far as I was aware there was no second version?

    JC
  • I've not heard about a second version either - he was very late in coming out with this first one, but maybe he did two at the same time.. do tell what you've heard!

  • There is a great little chat with Bill at WebMD and he mentions working on Eating For Life: Second Servings
  • Suzanne and Jennifer, I am so glad to see you considering BFL. I think you will love it.
  • In my opinion, the best book for an athlete is The Five Morning Club.
