Default Freestyle Training?

Hi everyone,

Does anyone here do freestyle training? It seems to me it's basically working the crap out of your lower body nearly everyday (5 to 6 days a week). It looks like it involves a lot of high rep lunging cycles, but I don't know if it is with weights or not. If you wanted to make up your own program would it be ok to work high rep, endurance work for legs on your days off from lifting heavier for legs? Or should you really give them complete rest? I guess I could get the book but just thought I would see what your thoughts were here first.

Thanks
Pam

Pam,
I've never done Freestyle training or read the book, but I know a few women that did try it. They were pleased with the results, but not the gazillion lunges they did daily. I don't think you do a heavy day, but I could be wrong. It's certainly not a muscle building program for legs, but a cutting phase if you already have a lot of muscle. Try googling it, or looking at various body building sites for more info.

Sorry I can't be more helpful,
Mel
