Ditto, except I didn't eat everything I had planned because I took a nap. I'm stuffed after dinner, and I'm not going to eat if I'm not hungry. T'is the way it T'is.

Yesterday was clean eats again. I added a serving and a half of broccoli to increase my veggies. Like Meliris, I need more water. I got in 5 glasses yesterday, 3 short of the 8 I need to have.

A co-worker of mine sat a huge jar of chocolate candies on the ledge in front of my desk so she could munch while we did a project. I politely picked it up and put it BACK in her office. She was a little miffed, but guess what? It's MY ledge, so I make the rules.

well yesterday wasn't perfect, probably far from it. The only good thing is i got plenty of water in. onward and upward.
