Just curious what most of you use and why? Just joined the Y and I have used the circuit machines a couple of times. This seems to be the fast and easier method. However I would love your input. Thanks, Beth
i also just joined the gym and i am giving myself 1 month on the machines, before moving on to the free weights. i am hoping to build up my strength. the machines are quicker and until i get used to the exercise i like to get in and out and plus right now i don't have much time for the workout.
