Be wary though - the list on the BFL website and the 'official' list in the book are significantly different...personally I'd stay away from the rice cakes, popcorn and cereal that are listed under Carbs on the link that Dip posted...
A good rule of thumb can be found in an article I posted in the "Articles worth Reading" sticky thread at the top of this forum - an article from T-Mag called "Foods that Make You Look Great Nekkid" which breaks down what's great, what's good, and what's REALLY bad.
The book - you should be able to find at any library, or go to
www.half.com - often there are used copies for sale pretty cheap!
