What are the food lists for body for life? Or, does anyone have a BFL book they can sell me? Im a broke college student, LOL.

Melly, this is from the BFL website.

Be wary though - the list on the BFL website and the 'official' list in the book are significantly different...personally I'd stay away from the rice cakes, popcorn and cereal that are listed under Carbs on the link that Dip posted...
A good rule of thumb can be found in an article I posted in the "Articles worth Reading" sticky thread at the top of this forum - an article from T-Mag called "Foods that Make You Look Great Nekkid" which breaks down what's great, what's good, and what's REALLY bad. The book - you should be able to find at any library, or go to www.half.com - often there are used copies for sale pretty cheap! Best of luck! |
There is another site with some good food info, (and I wholeheartedly second Mrs. Jim on the staying away from "white" type carbs and cereals.) I also only use multigrain bread sparingly. There are some good bread options out there if you live in the US. here in sweden selection is somewhat limited...
