CKD is a ketogenic diet and training program that a bunch of us have started recently. Some of us here post/lurk at the BFL Winners board and picked it up from there.
CKD = Cyclical Ketogenic Diet - basically you cycle from low-carb to high carb - Monday through Friday is low-carb, high fat and protein, then there's a carb up period that lasts 24-36 hours. Of course weight training is (as always) an intregal part of this plan.

Personally I was ready for a change...I think we all need to shake things up periodically. I must say that eating stuff I haven't eaten in ages has been a LOT of fun this week - butter...egg yolks...cheese...and this afternoon I start my big carbup...of course weight training will ALWAYS be a focal point of any fitness program I do!
