I'm certainly ready to dial into my program at the beginning of the year as well. I'm spending time in Columbus and treating myself to a couple of yoga classes at the first studio I ever walked into. To undo a little damage from the carnival of food at my mother's house, I'm packing a kettlebell and a jumprope.

Dietvet: Hang in there. It sounds like a long recovery. I'm assuming there will be some physical therapy involved. By the end of this, your going to be an expert in knee rehab right?

Funny, I've been thinking of going back to yoga.

Dietvet, like Lydia says, hang in there. You'll get through this, and be stronger for it.
